Documents you upload (receipts, invoices, bank statements)
Usage data: pages visited, features used, upload history
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the Pivitax service (document categorisation and tax reports)
To send you account-related emails (receipts, alerts)
To improve the service and fix issues
We do not sell your data to third parties

3. AI Processing

Documents you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API for text extraction and categorisation. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy and does not use your documents to train their models.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU). Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
